Someone once said take pictures where ever your are but with my preference of no people in photos, it is almost a challenge in Singapore! A quick search on internet would land you with several bright colorful images of Singapore with several people in them. I have tried capturing some parts of the city in Black and White to show a different mood, details, and obviously no people.

121 second exposure with 16 stop ND at approx 10:30am. The idea was to remove people and get bright smooth water. Added selective brightening in post to make the water more white and used Nik software for BW conversion.
